About the Role
As the EH Service Delivery Co-Ordinator, you will supervise the smooth and efficient execution of cased hole logging operations. You’ll be responsible for managing engineers and equipment, ensuring customer needs are met, and delivering service excellence across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Supervise day-to-day activities of engineers performing wellsite logging operations.
- Manage manpower and equipment effectively to meet customer demands across various locations.
- Conduct pre-job and post-job meetings, ensuring clear communication and seamless job execution.
- Prepare tool string diagrams, review logging programs, and provide guidance on best logging practices.
- Build strong relationships with customers and lead quarterly Service Quality Meetings (SQMs) to promote READ’s service quality KPIs.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time, and perform Quality Control checks on client data and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by taking ownership of incident investigations related to service quality.
- Prioritise safety and champion READ’s safety culture.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A strong cased hole logging background with 5-10 years of oilfield experience.
- Proven expertise in cased hole tools and software, particularly with Sondex tools and Warrior/Memlog logging systems.
- Extensive knowledge of the well interventions, production logging, and well integrity market.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Management or supervisory experience, either in a coordinator role or as a leader of a wireline crew.
