Donation to CFINE Food Bank in Aberdeen

Here at READ, we are passionate about supporting our local communities. During the second half of 2019, our Aberdeen team will be donating much needed items to several local food banks to help those in need.

The first cause we are supporting is the social enterprise CFINE (Community Food Initiatives North East). CFINE uses donations of food and non-food items like toiletries and toys to make up emergency parcels which are distributed from its food bank in Aberdeen. Each year, it hands out more than 150,000 emergency food parcels and we are delighted to be able to help them in their efforts.

CFINE popped into our offices on 7th October to pick up carrier bags packed full of items they are always in need of – pasta, tinned food, cooking sauces, soups, soaps, toothpaste, shaving products, nappies, children’s toys, and more!
